1st Albert Park – Bow: W C Low, 2: H Henley, 3: C H Kohn, 4: M G Scott, 5: L Thistlethwaite, 6: Charles Donald, 7: E W Tulloch, Str: James Donald, Cox: J H Counihan

The race resulted in a row over on 22nd March 1902, as Mercantile, who had entered, were unable to start due to the "disablement of two of its members, Messrs A B Sloan (stroke) and F Wilkins (2)."
