1967 South Australian Schools' Head of the River

The 1967 SA Head of the River was held on the Port River for the first time since 1925. It was a one off, as it returned to Torrens Lake in 1968.

The 1967 SA Head of the River saw the following events raced:

- First Eight

- Second Eight

- Open Four

- Open Lightweight Four

- Under 16 Tub Fours (Slides)

- Under 15 Tub Fours (Slides)


In a longer race, King's College went back-to-back in winning the First Eight in a time of 5 min 14½ seconds. St. Peter's College won the Second Eight for the 7th straight time, Scotch College won the Open Four and Open Lightweight Four, and Pulteney Grammar School won the Under 16 and 15 Fours.
