Champions over Westminster School & Walton Rowing Club in the final by 2 ½ lengths. The Henley Regatta Records 2010-2014 reported on the final as follows. The Final, raced into a strong headwind, produced a tremendous battle with no more than two thirds of a length between the crews from the Start to the Enclosure. Westminster and Walton sculled 41 strokes in the first minute against 40 by Banks and Melbourne and led by two feet at the first signal. At the Barrier the Australians, rating at 36, were in the lead but only by two feet. The Australians extended their lead to two thirds of a length at Fawley but the Westminster and Walton crew started to creep back, despite a 'wobble' at Remenham. The lead was reduced to a quarter of a length at the three-quarter mjle and to a canvas at the mile. Rating 33 to the Australians 34, Westminster and Walton made a huge effort to get on terms but could not quite make it. Banks and Melbourne had moved to a half-length lead at the mile and one eighth and they then opened up the margin along the remainder of the Enclosure to win by two and a half lengths.

Scotch College (VIC) -  L. M. Kennedy (b), A. R. P. Emmett, H. C. Casey, A. J. Brown (s)

Beaten by finalist Westminster School & Walton Rowing Club by 5 lengths in Round 3. Interestingly, their opposition set the record to the Barrier and Fawley in this race.
