1989 PSA Head of the River
This was Aquinas' year. The school won the Head of the River and two other of the eight races on offer. Not surprisingly, they also took home the Hamer Cup for the most success school at the regatta.
Hamer Cup
The Hamer Cup is awarded to the school with the highest aggregate points across all events at the Head of the River regatta.
The winning school was Aquinas College, with Christ Church second and Scotch College third.
