First Eight:

Scotch College won back-to-back Golden Fleece Cup's for the first time in their history. Hutchins School were second, Launceston Church Grammar third and The Friends' School in fourth.

Hutchins School won the following events in 1974:

- Open Lightweight Four

- Under 16 Lightweight Four
