2024 Australian Masters Championships, Lake Barrington, Tasmania

791 athletes from Australia and overseas competed at the Lake Barrington International Regatta Centre from the 8th to the 11th May, 2024.
Melbourne Rowing Club achieved what it had threatened to do for several years and was the top ranked Club at Barrington, and MRC’s Rodney Stewart was the highest scoring male athlete. Christine Taylor of Commercial Rowing Club took the laurels as the highest scoring female athlete and highest scoring overall athlete.
The top step of the podium for interstate crew boats remained unchanged from 2023, with South Australia repeating in both the Men’s and Women’s 8, and Tasmania and Victoria retaining the title in the Men’s and Women’s 4x.
Sue Donoghoe (ACT) went unchallenged in the PR3W1x, but Tasmania’s Michael Taylor dethroned Kevin Wall (NSW) in the PR3M1x.
