Having coached since 1989 and holding positions such as Director of Rowing at St Margaret’s and Stuartholme, Damon clearly knows his way around a rowing shed. Damon has an innate ability to impart knowledge effectively and create wonderful connections between coaches and crews.. Along with his expertise, Damon brings a passion to the shed that is unparalleled, his love of rowing and coaching is infectious. We are lucky to have you on board Damon.
