Lizzy Patrick was the mainstay of Australian women’s coxing for a decade. With the opportunities for women’s coxing limited to an eight, she gained every selected opportunity in that period. Lizzy has coached at MLC, MGGS and now enjoys in helping to develop coxswain skills at schools and clubs.
