1989 Trans Tasman Under 23 Regattas– NZL
This series was for representative Australian and New Zealand crews.
Australia made a clean sweep of the three-test series against NZ winning 95-72. The first test was rowed on August 27 and resulted in Australia taking the lead from NZ by 22-20. The regatta was held in excellent conditions, with temperature at 13 degrees.
