Women's Junior (Under 19) Pair
Junior rowing was established as a stepping stone to senior rowing. Qualification for junior did not depend upon age but the races won in your home State. The early races were arced over 500 metres.
The category was replaced by the international age based events in 1982, namley under 19 and under 23.
